Northshore Off-Road Biking Association (NORBA) is a Louisiana IMBA (International Mountain Bike Association) chapter and 501(c)(3) non-profit mountain bike, trail stewardship, and trail building organization on the Northshore of New Orleans, Louisiana. NORBA develops and maintains the Bogue Chitto State Park Mountain Bike Trails, the premiere mountain bike destination of the Gulf South. NORBA works with its members, volunteers, Louisiana state officials, and private companies to develop the best trail systems for mountain bikers, families, youth and other outdoor seekers to enjoy.
